- A current business plan or other form of strategy documented
- Have attended a Business Gateway Workshop or equivalent event

How much does it cost?
Our initial Business Health Check is free to the Self-employed, Businesses and Social Enterprises based in Scotland but happy to extend UK wide.
What is a Business Health Check?
A Business Health Check is our initial support for Hospitality, Retail and Tourism businesses whom have ambitious plans or who want to know how to make better use of their resources and would benefit from one-to-one support to progress their business development plans.
We include the following commitments:

- Initial phone consultation with an advisor
- On site visit from the advisor to discuss the initial Business Health Check and desired outcomes
- Ask that Senior Management/Business Owner attend all appointments
- That there is no obligation to act on the advice or commit to any recommendations made
- An initial Strategy or Action Plan will be produced by the advisor giving detailed advice, recommendations and next steps (if required).
